COvid-19 - what we are doing

Hello everyone,

We wanted to provide some more information about what we are doing to ensure everyone is staying safe while attending our Summer Camp and Fall After-School Program - which will be running this season.

1. We will not be providing any food or drinks.

2. We will only accept a limited number of participants each day.

3. We will enforce social distancing.

4. We will be wiping down the most commonly used areas to ensure our space is clean and safe.

5. Guardians are not allowed to stay on property after your kids are dropped off, there are no exceptions to this rule.

6. We will be keeping an accurate record of all individuals who enter and exit the club to assist with contact tracing

7. We will be transparent and work tirelessly to ensure the academy runs smoothly and everyone stays safe.

8. The clubhouse will not be used to congregate and should only be used to check-in, store belongings, and use the restroom. We have a nice shaded area adjacent to the clubhouse and courts which can be used as a socially distanced rest area.

Hello everyone,

We know that these times have been really tough and it has been hard to stay connected during these unprecedented times. I am happy to announce that at this time our academy is fully in the clear and we are ready to run our Summer Camp and Fall After-School Program.

To ensure the safety of all staff, participants and guardians these sessions will be run with limited capacity and with new procedures set in place following all recommendations of Health Officials and the City.

Once an application form is completed we will reach out confirming your registration and we will also advise on the new procedures we have set in place to keep everyone safe.

Navigating these unfortunate times

Hi everyone,

Due to COVID-19 our Spring After-school program is officially cancelled. While we still hope to hit the courts of our Summer Camp and Fall After-school program these sessions will only run if everything is safe. We are monitoring the situation and following all recommendations made by health officials and the government to keep our community safe.

If you have signed up for a session that has been cancelled we will be reaching out and providing a full refund or credit.
