
Cancellation/Change Policy
Effective date: March 21, 2023
Summer Camp & After-School Programs (3-18 years of age)
To protect our institution and coaches’ income, event cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the event start time.
All cancellations/changes have to be made through your account.
How to Cancel an Event:
1. Click MY PROFILE (usually your name) at the top-right portion of your screen.
2. Choose My Events – Registered.
3. Find the date & time of the upcoming event you wish to cancel. Click the DETAILS button on the right.
4. Click the red WITHDRAW button or EDIT REGISTRATION.

Less than 14 days notice: no refund
To modify your reservation's date, time, or type, you must cancel your current reservation and then make a new one.
Please make sure you check the Programs availability.
Click HERE (for after-school programs, click "Register" and Dates (54)).
All refunds will be automatically sent to your balance and can be used as a credit to other MC Academy of Tennis activities (such as camps or after-school programs). If you want to receive a refund to your original method of payment (debit or
credit card) please state it in the cancellation reason or email us at: info@mcacademyoftennis.com
Membership Requirements
Please note to participate in the following:

MC Academy of Tennis at Martingrove Tennis Club, a membership of $25 (per child) is required for the season.

This amount will be added to the program's cost (in addition to the program).

MC Academy of Tennis at Forest Hill Tennis Club, a membership of $39.55 (per child) is required for the season.

This amount will be added to the program's cost (in addition to the program).
Why do we need to pay this fee: this fee allows us to use Martingrove Tennis Club's/Forest Hill Tennis Club's courts
and book lessons and is a requirement for anyone who wishes to use them. We have worked hard to keep this
fee low, so everyone can enjoy the Academy!
Juniors have full access to the courts unless an Adult Activity is taking up all of the courts. If an Adult Activity is running and there is a court available, Junior Members have full access to that
court. Junior Members can also attend all of our monthly social activities! Junior membership allows for unlimited court usage as long as the courts are not booked for Adult Events. Usually,
the courts are busy on weeknights between 7:00 and 10:00 p.m.; however, weekend afternoons are wide open.
Private & Semi-Private Lessons
24h Cancellation Policy applies (please cancel or reschedule your lesson online). Please NOTE: The full lesson fee will be
charged if a Player doesn`t show up for the session or doesn`t cancel or reschedule more than 24h in advance.
Make-up/Rain Policy
Make-up sessions are applicable only for after-school programs in the event of rain.
An email will be sent out if the sessions are cancelled due to rain.
If a session is cancelled due to rain, a make-up session will be offered. A credit will be added to your account for every cancelled after-school session, which can be used towards our programs. The credit is only valid for the current
season (2023) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
In case of rain during the summer camps, your child will stay at the clubhouse, and supervised indoor activities will be provided.

At MC Academy of Tennis we strive to provide the best experience. From start to finish, Mike, and the rest of our team are here for you with anything you need. If you are unhappy with a session it is always best to address your concerns on-site
with the instructor. If the instructor is unable to resolve the issue for you speak to Mike and he will address your concerns.
